I ordered a large jersey, but a medium showed up instead. It was frustrating, and it took a while to get everything sorted out

Ordered from ujersey and the delivery went smooth. Tracking updated after a day or so, and the package showed up when they said it would. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it wasn’t super fast, but it still arrived fine and not late. Overall, no big problmes with the shipping.

I ordered from ujersey.shop the whole thing was frustrating from the start. The tracking sat on “label created” for days, then out of nowhere switched to “in transit” without any real updates in between.
Then it suddenly said delivered, but there was nothing in my mailbox, nothing at my door, and nothing with my neighbors either. The worst part is it feels like these companies use the “marked delivered” status as a loophole to dodge responsibility, even when the customer clearly never received anything.

I emailed them and only got slow, generic replies that didn’t really help. Maybe some people get their orders fine, but after dealing with useless tracking and policy runaround, I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

I had an issue with my order so I asked for a refund. It took longer than they originally said and I did have to message them twice, which was a little annoying. But the money did come back in the end, so it wasnt a total mess. Not great, not terrible

I was excited to get this, but the custom name came out crooked and just kind of weird-looking. For the price, I guess I expected it to look a little more carefully done. Not exactly thrilled with the quality, but sure, it’s technically personalized

Had a good experince with ujersey.shop. I messaged them about my order and they got back to me fast, not like some places where you’re just waiting forever lol. They kept me updated and answered my questions clearly, so it felt easy to deal with them. I’d order from them again

I was happy with this overall. The fit was mostly good and it felt comfortable to wear around. The sleeves were just a little snug on me, but not enough to be a big issue. I still like it and would wear it again.

I was able to find what I needed alright, so that part was fine. But when I got to checkout, it felt kind of confusing, like I wasn’t totally sure what step I was on or what I was supposed to click next. Not a huge disaster, just a bit clunky.

The shirt looked okay when I first took it out of the package, but the fabric felt really thin and kind of cheap. Even just holding it up, I could tell it wasn’t the best quality. It might work for a quick casual outfit, but I don’t think it’ll hold up well after a few washes.

Once they replied, the answer was helpful enough, so it wasn’t a total mess, just frustrating waiting around.

It’s not bad, honestly... I just thought it would be a little thicker. Like, it works fine, but yeah... kinda thin overall...

The print looks really clean, and the stitching feels strong too. It reminded me of opening up something new and being pleasantly surprised by the quality right away. Just a nice, solid product that feels like it’ll hold up well.
